Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

All comics and trading cards are packaged securely to protect corners, edges, and slabs during transit.

Raw comics are shipped in protective sleeves with rigid support.
Graded slabs are bubble wrapped and boxed securely.
Trading cards are shipped in protective sleeves and rigid mailers or boxes depending on order size.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off, but we will assist if issues arise.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:
- The outer shipping box
- Internal packaging
- The damaged item
