Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped:
- Raw comics must remain unaltered and undamaged.
- Graded slabs must remain sealed in their original case.
- Trading cards must remain in original condition.

Pre-order items are final sale unless damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The shipping box
- Packaging materials
- The item

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was misrepresented.
